To some people, those responses feel minimal and need more pressure, weight or resistance to maintain control of their environment. It's a sense of being more in tune which is also called mindfulness. In this class, I will go over tools you can use to help give that physical feedback, and if the tools aren't accessible we'll go over common items around a room that you never thought would work.
